4. Cookies

Cookies are used to track website traffic and user behaviour, for example through Google Analytics. Cookies help analytics engines identify unique users, track user sessions, and collect data on how visitors interact with the website.

This helps us provide you with a good browsing experience and allows us to improve the website and the services we provide.

These files are stored on computers and other devices used to access websites. You can delete or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Secure Access to Personal Information

For data security, including data sent via websites, we use the HTTPS protocol. The use of SSL encryption helps protect data transferred between the server and your web browser.

The personal data of the company’s customers is stored in electronic form on protected servers. These systems are protected by access control, audit systems, and antivirus protection.

6. Statistical Analysis

The website uses tools for statistical analysis of input data in order to improve the quality of the services provided.

  • We store information about website visits in electronic logs on the web server.
  • To collect and analyse website data and improve campaign effectiveness, our site may use external online analytics services offered by Google Inc. and Facebook.

External web analytics service providers may store data files in order to analyse the use of the site by visitors. If you do not want these providers to use information about your activities on our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser. In this case, some external information sources published on the website may not work.

  • Icons may contain links to different social networks.
  • Links to third-party websites may transfer you directly from our site to another website.

The use of external information resources is governed by the operators of the corresponding resources, websites, social networks, services, and similar platforms.

Regardless of the circumstances and data downloaded from our website, external operators do not have access to the personal information of visitors to our site through our systems.

8. Newsletter Subscription

Newsletter distribution via our website may be performed by an external service. Within this service, we provide only the information listed at the time of subscription, because this data is technically necessary for sending the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link available at the end of each newsletter.

9. Precautionary Measures

Within the scope of personal data protection measures, our specialists implement technical and organisational measures against deliberate or unintentional data manipulation, unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction of information.

The transfer of client data from the website is performed through an encrypted communication channel using an SSL certificate. Devices used to store data are equipped with systems for authentication, authorisation, employee audit, firewalls, and antivirus software.

Despite all precautions, data transmission over the Internet always contains a certain level of security risk. Information packets travelling from sender to recipient pass through intermediate switching nodes. Access to these gateways is governed by their owners.

Therefore, absolute protection of transferred information from third-party access cannot be guaranteed. If you use the Internet to transfer confidential documents, you should also protect transmitted data with encryption, passwords, or other means.

For sending confidential documents, we recommend using regular mail.

The company keeps personal data for five (5) years from the date of consent of the data subject, or until the date of a written request for data deletion by the data subject.

11. Transmission of Personal Data to Third Parties

The company does not disclose acquired personal data except in cases where required by law. This includes accounting management requirements and cases where a personal data subject authorises the transfer of personal data to a third party or authorised representatives of the company.

Authorised representatives of the company collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with the company’s personal data protection policy.

12. Your Rights

Every personal data subject has the right to receive information from the company about what specific personal data the company processes and stores.

The personal data subject also has the right to copy, update, and correct personal data, request limitation of processing and storage, transfer the data in whole or in part, or request deletion from the company’s database.
