MyVMS P2P Agent
MyVMS P2P Agent securely connects remote IP cameras to the MyVMS ecosystem without public IP addresses, port forwarding, VPN configuration, or direct exposure of the camera network.
Cameras can be connected through ONVIF or by using a direct RTSP stream URL. This makes the technology compatible with a wide range of IP cameras from different manufacturers.
Each remote device or gateway receives a unique identifier. MyVMS uses this ID to locate the installation and establish a secure connection through the P2P infrastructure.
The technology is available in two forms: as a ready-to-use MyVMS Bridge for connecting cameras in a local network, or as an embedded software agent for camera manufacturers and OEM partners.
Both options allow remote cameras to connect to MyVMS servers, hardware devices, cloud infrastructure, and OEM systems based on the MyVMS ecosystem.
