License Plate Search
MyVMS provides license plate recognition events through the common event filter.
Recognized license plates are displayed in the event list and can be filtered by cameras available through the servers currently connected to the MyVMS client.
The operator can enter a complete license plate number or only part of it to quickly find matching recognition events.
A recognized license plate can also be selected directly from the event list and used to start a search for matching plate events.
The search is performed across cameras available through all servers currently connected to the MyVMS client.
Using the event filter, the operator can select which connected cameras should be included in the search. This makes it possible to search across all available cameras or limit the search to specific cameras, servers or locations.
MyVMS filters license plate recognition events from the selected cameras using the entered plate number or partial number and returns matching results in one interface, without requiring separate searches on each server.
